Step 1: The Conversation
Fill out my questionnaire in the contact link below. This will set you up in my client portal where I will follow up with any necessary questions and give you pricing information. After settling the details of your project I will send a customized invoice and contract where you will pay a 50% deposit.
If I am writing on your envelopes you will send me your envelopes. Then, I will either send you a picture of a sketch, a sample envelope, or a digital proof, depending on the project. Once we make sure everything is to your liking I begin working on the creation!
After the final invoice is paid, I mail your completed pieces to you. For an extra fee, I can stuff, stamp, and mail your invitations myself so you can focus on the bigger details!
Watch as your guests swoon over the custom calligraphy you just commissioned for your special day. Because everyone loves handwritten paper goods.
I typically book clients 1 to 2 months in advance for custom calligraphy projects. Wedding stationery projects should be booked 6 months in advance. A 50% deposit will hold your spot and apply to your final balance.
According to Emily Post's etiquette guide, save the dates are sent out 6 to 8 months before your wedding. Invitations are mailed out 6 to 8 weeks before your wedding. Also, destination wedding invitations are sent 8 to 12 weeks in advance.
I ask for 20% additional envelopes to account for mistakes and ink splatters on my end, and additions, changes, or corrections on your end.
À la carte services include vintage stamp curation and purchasing, stamp/stuff/seal service, and wax sealing. Contact for pricing and information.
